Our core function and business is mechanical and electrical services design.  The mechanical and electrical design departments are run by Ian Carpenter and Gerwyn Davies, who have worked together for the past 15 years on many varied and challenging projects. In addition Carpenter Davies Partnership have acquired all BREEAM accreditation and offer specialist consultancy on all areas relating to BREEAM.

We have a broad experience of design using renewable and LZC energy technologies, including combined heat and power (CHP), biomass, ground source heat pumps, air source heat pumps, wind turbines, photovoltaics, solar cells, intelligent lighting controls, intelligent heating controls, rainwater harvesting, water saving devices and heat recovery ventilation.

We provide solutions on all services issues that encompasses the lifespan of the building, whether commercial, residential, leisure, education, healthcare, industrial or retail.

In addition to the traditional building services design consultancy duties, we are also qualified BREEAM Consultants and Energy Assessors.  We can therefore offer a one-stop shop for all building services, BREEAM and energy assessor consultancy duties.  This has obvious benefits, particularly when considering the recent and proposed changes to Part L and the weighting that is placed on energy credits within BREEAM.
