We have worked on many bespoke building projects and have the experience and capabilities to provide the appropriate advice. BRE's Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM) is one way of assessing the environmental impact of Other and Bespoke Buildings that fall outside the standard BREEAM categories.

As our core discipline is building services engineering consultants, we have found this to be invaluable as so much emphasis (BREEAM ‘weighting’) is placed on ‘Energy’ and associated credits within BREEAM.

Assessments can be carried out on both new and existing refurbished buildings.
