We have worked on many multi-residential projects and have the experience and capabilities to provide the appropriate advice. BRE's Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM) is one way of assessing the environmental impact of Multi-Residential Buildings which do not qualify for assessment under the Code for Sustainable Homes (CSH).  This category includes flats, apartments, care homes and other multi-residential property.

As our core discipline is building services engineering consultants, we have found this to be invaluable as so much emphasis (BREEAM ‘weighting’) is placed on ‘Energy’ and associated credits within BREEAM.

Assessments can be carried out on both new and existing refurbished multi-residential buildings.
